Memegician LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute our platform features without permission, or generate illegal or harmful content.
Subscribing to paid packages secures premium features and API usage credits. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Unused plan credits expire if the account is downgraded to the free tier.
You retain full ownership of all memes you create using the Memegician platform. Memegician LLC owns all underlying software code, styles, brand trademarks, and site architecture.
These terms are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms of Service will be settled via binding commercial arbitration through the AAA.
